Reentry Bridge

Knight Projex Reentry Bridge

The Knight Projex Reentry Bridge helps candidates prepare for jobs, housing conversations, transportation, peer support, and practical next steps.

Practical help for staying free

Character work has to meet real life. The Reentry Bridge helps candidates organize the next steps that often decide whether a fresh start holds: work, a place to stay, transportation, documents, and people who will answer the phone.

We aim for 100% of knights not to reoffend. That is the standard we work and measure toward—not an achieved result and not a promise about human behavior. When somebody falls, the answer is not abandonment. The answer is truth, accountability, and getting back up.

The bridge in practice

Job search guidance

Organize applications, prepare a three-sentence interview story, search Honest Jobs and OhioMeansJobs, and follow up with discipline.

Housing connections

Work with the program to identify appropriate housing resources and questions. No placement is promised.

Peer support

Build a short list of trustworthy people and recovery supports that fit the candidate’s own plan.

Transportation

Bus passes may be available at meetings to help participants take the next practical step. Availability is confirmed at the meeting.

Independent program: Knight Projex is independent and is not affiliated with Alcoholics Anonymous or Narcotics Anonymous. It does not replace AA, NA, addiction treatment, mental-health care, or other professional services; it can stand alongside the support that is right for each person.
