Knight Projex Facilitators

A Knight Projex facilitator stays one week ahead, goes first in honest work, protects the ground rules, and leads a consistent 90-minute session.

A lead knight, not a lecturer

The facilitator does not stand above the circle with every answer. The facilitator prepares, tells the truth, asks useful questions, and keeps the meeting moving. Leadership is visible in what the facilitator practices before it is heard in what the facilitator teaches.

Be one week ahead. Complete the reading and exercises before asking the group to do them. Go first when an honest example is needed, but do not take over the room with your own story.
